March 17th 8-10am	r.Norman’s Firecracker Spring Shrimp - Click Image to View Ingredients 6 pieces 6-8 ct jumbo 4 oz chopped herbal/spiced mix (fresh herbs like basil, cilantro and tarragon) 2 oz olive oil 2 oz white wine 4 slices California orange 4 oz unsalted butter 6 oz spring mix (suggest Baby Spinach, watercress and radicchio) Preparation 1. Dust the shrimp in chopped spice mixture 2. Preheat the oil in the sauté pan and cook shrimp until golden brown. 3. Add white wine and simmer for 4 minutes. 4. Remove shrimp and whisk in butter to make sauce. 5. Shred greens into 2 small piles on to two dinner size plates 6. Place 3 sauteed shrimp and 2 slices oranges on top of spring mix and drizzle with sauce *serves 2 Purchase Bellanotte Tickets
